Always treat strangers on Valora with empathy and respect. Any non-consensual act, harassment, or offensive behavior will lead to an immediate, non-negotiable ban from the network.
Strictly Prohibited (Zero Tolerance)
Nudity & Sexual Content
Displaying nudity, sexual acts, lingerie modeling, or unsolicited provocative exposure on camera is prohibited and results in an automatic permanent IP ban.
Minors on Platform (Under 18)
Valora is strictly for adults (18+). Minors are forbidden. Promoting or facilitating child exploitation will be reported directly to international law enforcement.
Harassment, Hate Speech & Bullying
Racism, bigotry, threats of physical violence, sexual harassment, discriminatory slurs, or targeted intimidation will not be tolerated.
Unauthorized Recording & Doxxing
Recording, screenshotting, or streaming video conversations without the other user's explicit consent, or publishing private identities (doxxing), is forbidden.
Spamming, Bots & Scams
Automated matchmaking scripts, advertising links, fake webcam feeds, cryptocurrency scams, or phishing attempts are banned instantly.

If someone does not want to discuss a particular topic or wishes to end the call, accept it gracefully. You can easily click "Next".

Enforcement System
We enforce a multi-tier disciplinary structure depending on the severity of the violation.
Session Disconnect & Warning
Applied for minor infractions, uncooperative behavior, or accidental camera misdirection. The user is disconnected from matching and issued a formal guideline warning.
24 to 72 Hour Match Ban
Applied for aggressive spamming, abusive text messages, repeated skipping disruption, or vulgar comments. Access to WebRTC matching is revoked temporarily.
Permanent IP & Hardware Ban
Applied for nudity, hate speech, threats of violence, under-18 violations, or scamming. The client IP and browser identifiers are blacklisted with zero tolerance.
